Lead StrideUp’s engineering function, owning architecture, technical strategy, engineering standards, delivery, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information security. Manage and develop engineers, shape the operating model, oversee budgets and technology risk, and align engineering priorities with commercial objectives. The role reports to the CEO, sits on the Executive Committee, supports regulatory obligations, and represents technology to investors, auditors, funders, and regulators. It also involves driving responsible adoption of AI, automation, and agentic tooling.

Lead StrideUp’s Finance function, owning financial control, governance, audits, structured finance accounting, funding lines, regulatory relationships, management reporting, planning, and investor support. Serve on the Executive Committee, advise the CEO on funding and capital structure, strengthen controls and regulatory processes, and lead and develop the Finance team in a fast-growing, FCA-regulated fintech.
