Maintain and support high-availability payment applications, monitor live environments, automate deployments and BAU tasks, collaborate with development and test teams, troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to continuous improvement and projects.

Responsible for deploying, operating, and ensuring reliability of a centralized AI-SDLC platform. Build/manage infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security/compliance controls, and provide operational/on-call support to meet enterprise SLAs while optimizing cost and scalability.
