Support setup, execution and optimisation of paid digital media campaigns across YouTube, social, search, FAST/AVOD and emerging platforms. Monitor performance, manage budgets and payments, ensure creative compliance, generate reports, provide insights, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs for owned and client campaigns.

Lead and deliver multiple location-based and experiential projects from concept to launch. Manage creative development, schedules, budgets, approvals, risk mitigation, vendor selection, and stakeholder communications across licensors, licensees, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate design reviews, launch readiness, and post-project assessments while supporting business development and account continuity in an international, IP-driven environment.

Manage end-to-end licence-based royalty reporting in the West End system: validate reports, invoice, monitor advances/recoupments, track collections, resolve discrepancies, maintain debtors ledger and dashboards, support licensee onboarding and queries, ensure compliance and withholding tax documentation, and contribute to process improvements and cross-territory coverage.
