Own Moss’s pricing and deal desk, approving non-standard pricing, discounts, and commercial terms while maintaining governance and deal velocity. Analyze discount discipline, price realization, deal structure, and win rates; develop segment-specific pricing guidance; coach sales representatives; and partner with Customer Success. The role also improves an AI-powered deal desk agent by reviewing its recommendations, correcting errors, and converting recurring exceptions into scalable rules and playbooks.

Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n to improve recruiting efficiency. The role covers multiple functions and seniority levels, including C-suite hiring.

Own and improve Moss's top-of-funnel tooling stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attention). Diagnose and rebuild lead routing and attribution, implement AI-driven routing and dynamic nurture, administer marketing automation and lead handoff tools, partner with Growth/BDR/SDR and engineering, monitor system performance, resolve bugs, and act as subject-matter expert for tooling and vendor relationships.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers to drive engagement, identify upsell opportunities, mitigate churn, provide data-driven insights, represent product feedback internally, and improve customer journeys to increase retention and revenue.

Build, deploy and maintain purpose-built AI agents and LLM integrations for product processes. Connect data sources, design prompts, validate outputs, and ensure reliability and scalability of automations and shared tooling for the product team.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-enabled finance and accounting products. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and finance experts to build trusted agent-driven workflows, run evaluative research, prototype customer-ready AI demos, iterate with user feedback, and raise design standards across the team and design system.

Drive proactive customer engagement and adoption of the SaaS product, identify upsell opportunities, monitor KPIs to reduce churn and grow revenue, act as product ambassador collecting feedback, and continuously improve customer journey and processes to boost satisfaction and retention.
