Provide administrative support to the Music department: schedule meetings, maintain rosters and contact lists, compile show and ticket figures, manage guest lists, assist with contracting and immigration paperwork, prepare finance reports, take meeting notes, provide desk cover, and support events and daily ad hoc tasks.
