Provides personal assistant and administrative support to a seven-person real estate investment team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travel, reporting schedules, governance deadlines, document approvals, minutes, action tracking, property records, databases, and stakeholder communications. The role requires strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams. This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term role requiring at least four days per week in the office.

Supports institutional UK and Irish LDI clients by managing client relationships, coordinating investment instructions and transactions, assisting with onboarding and mandate changes, maintaining accurate records, preparing reporting and meeting materials, and resolving operational issues. Collaborates with portfolio management, trading, legal, operations, and client change teams while supporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and Client Manager coverage.

Build and maintain investment data solutions, quantitative models, performance attribution systems, dashboards, and reporting workflows. Validate data quality, automate analytical processes, support backtesting and scenario analysis, apply model governance, and collaborate with investment, technology, and risk teams. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to improve investment research and decision-making.

Support product management and development for UK pooled funds: assist with new product launches, manage small product changes and major change programs, maintain governance documentation, respond to data queries, engage stakeholders, and support the Director of UK Product Change & Development.

Provides executive personal assistant support, including diary management, travel, expenses, meetings, budgets, invoices, and procurement. Coordinates communications team administration and events while managing EMEA community relations and foundation governance. Oversees charity payments, reconciliations, volunteering events, giving campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives. Builds relationships with internal teams, charity partners, and external stakeholders.

Provide legal advice and support to the Institutional business across EMEA, drafting, reviewing and negotiating Investment Management Agreements, intra-group and distribution agreements, managing external counsel, advising on regulatory and fund-structure developments, and supporting UK and offshore pooled products including LDI and unit-linked products.

Lead design, development and launch of European fund products (Luxembourg/Ireland). Manage research, competitor analysis, business cases, seed funding, stakeholder project groups, product specs and post-launch reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong customer outcomes and commercial success.

Perform fundamental bottom-up research on European small-cap equities, build financial models and valuations, conduct due diligence and company meetings, generate high-conviction investment ideas, prepare stock and sector materials, and travel across Europe for on-site research and conferences.

Lead and execute recurring compensation operations including administration, reconciliations, reporting, controls, documentation, testing, and year-end readiness. Serve as a capability owner, support audits/SOX, improve workflows, and provide training and cross-training while managing multiple priorities.

Lead data analysis and modeling efforts, managing large datasets, and translating insights into actionable business knowledge while providing analytical thought leadership.
