Leads talent acquisition for concession partners, overseeing pre-hire attraction, assessment, selection, agency relationships, onboarding, induction, reporting, and service performance. Builds and manages high-performing teams, partners with HR and business stakeholders, ensures recruitment processes meet SLAs and compliance requirements, and supports talent development and retention strategies across retail concession operations.

Owns complex business-as-usual activities, system improvements, and operational projects supporting Customer Service teams. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system testing, process documentation, stakeholder management, training, business continuity planning, data protection and PCI compliance, and processing customer data requests. The role also supports Operations Assistants, drives continuous improvement, maintains operational standards, and coaches colleagues.

Manage and execute end-to-end loyalty initiatives for Harrods Rewards, including promotions, email and lifecycle campaigns, creative briefs, and cross-team delivery to drive retention and customer lifetime value.

Lead delivery of luxury interior projects from concept to installation. Produce technical drawings and specifications, manage budgets, timelines and procurement, conduct site visits, oversee bespoke FF&E and joinery, present to clients, and mentor junior designers. Must submit a portfolio of high-end projects.
