Partners with Talent Acquisition, Reward, People Operations and Employment Legal to deliver consistent employee experiences and mitigate risk.

Leads Sitecore’s global disputes, litigation, investigations, software license compliance, and regulatory response programs. Develops litigation strategy, manages outside counsel and budgets, oversees legal holds, discovery, settlements, and regulatory inquiries, and advises senior leaders on legal, commercial, financial, operational, and reputational risks. Translates legal developments into policies, controls, training, and scalable processes across jurisdictions.
