Provide executive and administrative support to the CCO and VP of Customer Experience. Manage complex calendars, communications, meetings, travel, expenses, invoices, budgets, board materials, investor updates, and stakeholder relationships. Chief of Staff to the VP Product, owning the operational and strategic systems that help a rapidly growing product organization scale. Responsibilities include AI enablement, tool-stack configuration, product launches, early-access programs, company-level metrics, board reporting, product communications, documentation, and team events. The role requires building automations and internal tools, improving adoption, extracting actionable data, and representing the VP Product’s thinking across the organization.

Own Omnea’s front-end architecture and design system across product teams. Build reusable components, establish interface standards, improve performance and build tooling, and guide adoption. Partner closely with designers and engineers to deliver accessible, polished procurement interfaces. Contribute production TypeScript and React code, participate in customer-focused development, mentor teammates, and make autonomous architectural decisions in a fast-growing organization.

Own Omnea’s performance marketing loop from advertising spend through attributable pipeline. Responsibilities include managing LinkedIn paid strategy and agency partners, building attribution dashboards, analyzing campaign ROI, creating data-driven audiences, optimizing website conversion, launching landing pages, maintaining tracking, and reporting performance to executives. The role partners with sales, design, content, and field marketing to scale profitable demand generation.

Build and own the operational layer for Omnea’s product organization. Responsibilities include AI enablement, product-tool configuration and integrations, launch and release coordination, early-access programs, product metrics, roadmap and release communications, documentation, and product-team events. The role requires hands-on automation and data work, strong writing, systems thinking, stakeholder coordination, and driving adoption of internal tools and processes.

Lead end-to-end product design for enterprise procurement workflows: conduct customer research with procurement/finance/security stakeholders, define problems, create high-quality shipped designs, and help build scalable design patterns and systems while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.

Own and scale Omnea’s technology partnerships motion by building partner relationships, operationalizing joint go-to-market activities, generating partner-sourced pipeline, supporting live sales deals, organizing ecosystem events, and creating repeatable partnership playbooks. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive mutual referrals, improve win rates, and establish partnerships as a scalable revenue channel.
