Provide data-driven commercial insight to improve financial and service performance across the London Estate. Produce spend and performance reporting, manage PO/invoice reconciliations, monitor supplier spend versus budgets, support procurement/tender analysis, maintain CAFM and finance system data integrity, perform ETL and bulk data uploads (Voyager), and collaborate with finance and service teams to resolve queries and ensure contractual compliance.
