Develop and execute commercial plans for Admincontrol’s Virtual Data Room solutions, generate new business, manage revenue, and build strategic client relationships. The role includes contract negotiation, customer onboarding, cross-selling, market analysis, product feedback, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Candidates should have B2B sales experience, strong commercial and communication skills, CRM knowledge, project organization abilities, fluent English, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of similar sales experience.

Analyzes business processes and client needs, prototypes product enhancements, gathers requirements, and writes specifications for development and testing teams. Collaborates with clients, developers, testers, support, and sales throughout the technology delivery cycle. Uses system data and feedback to identify improvements, maintains product documentation and training materials, and supports product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sales activities.

Provides first-line support to clients using electronic fixed-income trading platforms. Resolves trading and configuration issues, escalates cases, monitors market processes and transactions, maintains client records, supports onboarding and platform demonstrations, manages client users, collaborates on issue resolution, and communicates updates to market participants.

Lead discovery, design and delivery of digital asset products (custody, tokenisation, settlement, onboarding). Translate stakeholder and client requirements into specs, user stories and metrics. Map end-to-end DLT workflows, collaborate with engineering, Legal, Compliance and Risk for regulatory alignment, and contribute to product roadmap and client engagement. Monitor market, competition and regulatory developments to iterate on institutional B2B digital asset offerings.

Manage a portfolio of institutional clients across capital markets: build senior relationships, drive upsell and commercial growth, advise on market and regulatory developments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the firm at industry events.
