Lead complex transformation programs for general insurance clients, overseeing business and technology change across claims, underwriting, pricing, distribution, and operations. Responsibilities include managing client stakeholders and delivery teams, designing operating models, implementing platforms, supporting business development and account growth, developing consulting propositions, coaching employees, and contributing to thought leadership. Strong general insurance expertise, transformation leadership, technology-enabled change experience, senior stakeholder management, and sales or practice development experience are required.

Deliver regulatory economics and policy consulting projects for energy, water, infrastructure, regulators, governments, and investors. Analyze regulatory frameworks, incentives, policies, and complex datasets; build financial and regulatory models; produce reports, consultation responses, submissions, and executive presentations; manage workstreams; and develop client and senior stakeholder relationships. Senior Consultants additionally lead client discussions, own delivery, shape outputs, and support junior colleagues.

Leads end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI platforms and data transformation programs. Responsibilities include solution design, delivery governance, technical risk management, team leadership, client advisory, architecture workshops, business development, bid support, and practice growth. Designs cloud, data, AI, orchestration, agentic, evaluation, guardrail, observability, and responsible-AI solutions for production-scale deployments.

Provides economic crime consulting services, including regulatory benchmarking, risk assessments, target operating model design, control implementation, technology optimization, data quality and integration, and change program delivery. The role supports KYC, transaction monitoring, customer and payment screening initiatives while translating regulatory requirements into business, process, data, and system changes. It also contributes to client relationships and the growth of the firm’s economic crime consulting capability.

Deliver risk and regulatory transformation programs for financial services clients. Design governance, enterprise risk, and control frameworks; conduct risk assessments and controls reviews; advise on AI governance and digital asset risks; interpret evolving regulations; assess operating models and client journeys; create client deliverables; and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Eight-week paid internship supporting Government and Public Sector consulting projects. Interns will analyze quantitative and qualitative information, identify insights, explore digital, data, automation and AI applications, develop recommendations and delivery plans, prepare client materials, and contribute to meetings and workshops. The role provides exposure to transformation, service design, business cases, commercial activity, procurement, and operational improvement while developing structured problem-solving, communication, analytical, and consulting skills.

Interns will support client projects, develop consulting and analytical skills, collaborate with experienced consultants, and gain exposure to areas including customer experience, enterprise value creation, organisation and change, supply chain, data and AI, digital technology, and machine learning solutions.
