Support fund and investor operations across fundraising, onboarding, portfolio management, data governance, regulatory controls and reporting. Maintain core systems and data, assist AML/KYC and compliance activities, contribute to process improvements, system enhancements and operational projects to increase efficiency and control.

Originate, structure and execute UK commercial and development debt transactions. Generate new business through broker/borrower networks, lead deal assessment, negotiate terms, manage due diligence and Credit Committee approval, and drive transactions to completion. Maintain pipeline, monitor market dynamics, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to origination strategy and team performance.
