The Risk Pricing Manager will develop and optimize pricing strategies for multicar and multiple product households, ensuring profit growth and effective risk assessment. Key responsibilities include enhancing pricing models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving customer outcomes through data-driven insights.

Leads the end-to-end policy fraud portfolio, optimizing fraud controls, referral strategies, underwriting outcomes, and operational workflows. Build and maintain machine learning pipelines for market pricing, productionise Python models and data science workflows, and improve testing, deployment, monitoring, versioning, documentation, and governance. Investigate data, model, and pipeline issues; automate manual processes; and collaborate with Pricing, Data Science, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, and governance teams in a regulated environment.

Responsible for leading quality assurance across underwriting lines, improving testing strategies with automation, and mentoring QA teams to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.

Develop and deploy pricing and risk models for motor insurance using diverse datasets. Own end-to-end ML projects from EDA to production, evaluate post-deployment performance, identify new data opportunities, and mentor junior analysts to improve pricing, claims prediction and fraud detection.
