Support the Head of Legal Services and Legal Services Team with administration and legal work focused on litigation, contracts and property matters. Manage a varied workload with minimal supervision, attend regional meetings/roadshows, and work in a hybrid London-based arrangement. Manage income and arrears for housing residents, conduct tenant home visits, provide advice and support, use Microsoft Dynamics/CRM to maintain records, prepare court documentation when required, and negotiate outcomes to maximise income collection and reduce arrears.
