Manage the invoice query lifecycle, raise manual invoices/credits (including intercompany), maintain related documents/spreadsheets, produce KPI and query reports, investigate finance complaints/CAPAs, provide cash application and bank download cover, and support the Credit Control inbox.

Provide paralegal support across legal, corporate and compliance matters: draft/review CDAs, manage legal inboxes and trackers, administer GEMs and SharePoint, support senior counsel and external IP agency, handle RFIs and sanctions screening, maintain paralegal manual, and ensure compliance with UK company law.

Provide commercial legal advice for EU, US & ROW business unit; lead complex negotiations for global distribution and commercialisation agreements; draft, review and negotiate international commercial contracts; partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams; ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance and support legal projects to completion.
