Own the full business development cycle for new retailer partnerships, from prospecting and outbound campaigns through negotiation, onboarding, and handover to Account Management. Build sector strategies, manage prospect databases, deliver presentations, research competitors, respond to enquiries, and meet targets for new partners and loan originations. The role requires strong commercial, relationship-building, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and regulated financial services experience, with occasional UK travel.
