Lead and mentor a technical support team to resolve complex hardware, software, connectivity, and integration issues for fleet management products. Own KPIs and SLAs, drive process improvements and RCA for escalations, act as customer advocate, and use metrics and feedback to improve product and support outcomes.

Provide first-line technical support for Cameramatics products via phone, email and other channels. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic and remote-support tools, document tickets, escalate to Engineering/Product when needed, contribute knowledge-base articles, support shift rota for a global customer base, and drive improvements by identifying recurring issues.
