Own a portfolio of enterprise customers as their trusted advisor, driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and advocacy. Establish success metrics, conduct business reviews, analyze usage, identify risks, resolve issues cross-functionally, and support feature adoption. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, SaaS experience, and familiarity with customer success tools and digital workplace platforms.

The Product Manager will identify and prioritize feature opportunities, contribute to the product roadmap, document functional requirements, create user stories and wireframes, and oversee feature delivery. Design and ship high-quality, AI-native UX/UI for an enterprise Employee Experience platform. Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate solutions; lead research, workshops, and collaboration with Product and Engineering; uphold design systems and WCAG compliance while mentoring peers.

Create multimedia visual content for brand and marketing across digital channels: design marketing assets, motion graphics, short-form video, edit product and customer videos, produce social content, design presentations and sales materials, support campaigns and launches, and maintain Unily's visual identity while collaborating with marketing, product, sales and executives.
