Lead railway safety technology deployments across the Sussex region. Guide clients and track workers in using geofencing equipment, provide on-site coaching and support, build strong stakeholder relationships, identify product improvements, and collaborate with project managers on delivery. The role is field-based, requiring regular depot and client-site work, night and day shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and travel. A railway background, PTS qualification or eligibility, full driving licence, and strong communication skills are required.
