The role entails owning the sales cycle for AI agents in the care sector, building outbound strategies, conducting demos, and collaborating with product teams to refine offerings.

Manage a portfolio of care operators to drive retention, onboarding, renewals, and upsells. Serve as primary client contact, deliver data-led insights demonstrating ROI, expand product usage, influence product improvements, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
