Own and build GetGround’s data platform and intelligence-layer foundation. Design ingestion pipelines for structured datasets, APIs, documents, and regulatory guidance; establish data quality, provenance, versioning, and reliability standards; and support AI agents and international expansion. Partner with engineering, product, and property experts to create useful data products, make architectural decisions, monitor and recover pipelines, and shape future data-team capabilities.

Supports the CEO and COO by owning high-priority strategic problems from definition through execution. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, building financial or business models, identifying opportunities and funnel issues, driving cross-functional initiatives, preparing board and investor materials, supporting negotiations, and proactively surfacing important problems. The role requires strong commercial judgment, clear communication, influence without authority, and comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.

Provide commercial legal advice across contracts, product, regulatory (FCA), corporate matters, data protection/GDPR, and general legal support. Draft and negotiate supplier/partner/customer agreements, maintain templates and playbooks, support external counsel, and help build scalable legal processes and training materials.

Lead day-to-day compliance and risk operations: run monitoring, maintain policies and risk register, support AML/financial crime and KYC, liaise with regulators, provide compliance guidance, and manage a small team while partnering with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders.

The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to build user-facing AI-native products, writing maintainable code, mentoring engineers, and shaping product roadmaps within a fast-paced environment.
