Leads the Strategic Programme Management Office, overseeing portfolio governance, reporting, intake processes, risk, resources, and strategic prioritisation. The role also leads Causeway’s transition to AI-native ways of working through experimentation-focused governance, organisational change, capability building, and executive stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include managing the SPMO team, improving delivery practices, monitoring transformation readiness, and embedding AI-aware metrics and controls across the organisation.

Manage end-to-end delivery of software and hardware projects for Causeway, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget and quality. Liaise with sponsors, stakeholders and engineering teams, manage risks, change control, governance, sprint coordination, reporting, and transition to support while driving continuous improvement.

Lead month-end close and produce timely management accounts, analyse P&L variances, manage cashflow and VAT reporting, support acquisition integrations, drive process improvements and automation, and lead and develop the finance team while partnering with the business to deliver actionable financial insight.

Own and refine product backlogs, translate strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria, lead refinement and sprint planning, support delivery, and coordinate releases. Ensure quality through acceptance testing and support QA/UAT. Manage stakeholders, clarify requirements, monitor product and delivery performance, improve team practices, and serve as a senior domain subject matter expert and trusted customer advisor while mentoring Product Specialists.

Serve as the technical lead in software sales: qualify prospects, run discovery sessions, produce scopes of work and process maps, deliver demos and webinars, articulate product value, support go-to-market enablement, and collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and new market verticals.

Own and execute revenue-accountable marketing for a software portfolio: demand generation, ABM, cross-sell and retention campaigns. Plan full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns, apply AI for targeting and personalization, align closely with Sales/Product, and track performance in HubSpot, Salesforce and Monday.com to drive pipeline, GRR/NRR improvement and new logo wins.

Own and manage marketing systems, data, and automation (HubSpot) to support GTM. Build workflows, campaign assets, lead scoring, segmentation and data enrichment. Produce reports and A/B test analysis, support MarTech and AI-first automation strategy, train team on systems, and improve processes to maintain clean data and scalable operations across UK, US and EU marketing teams.

Manage, retain, and grow ARR across top-tier enterprise accounts. Build C-suite relationships, deliver renewals, run QBRs, identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, produce forecasts, respond to RFPs, and drive adoption and ROI through strategic account plans and executive engagement.

Deliver and configure CausewayOne workforce management solutions, lead customer projects, integrate systems via APIs, assist support, provide training and documentation, and drive excellent customer experience.
