Serve as primary franchisor representative for Master Franchisees in Europe, coaching on sub-unit franchise sales, supporting operations and financial performance, attending Discovery Days, expos, and trade shows, enforcing franchisor standards, monitoring royalties and reporting, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with global and brand leadership. Regular international travel required.
