Own Coveo’s EMEA strategic partner portfolio, developing alliances with global and regional systems integrators. Build joint business plans, executive relationships, campaigns, and sales plays to generate qualified pipeline, bookings, referrals, and customer growth. Manage partner performance through regular business reviews, prioritize commercial opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances teams to accelerate adoption of Coveo’s AI-powered solutions.

Manage and prioritize client support cases, investigate and reproduce technical issues, identify root causes, collaborate with R&D, communicate solutions clearly, document reusable knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Prospect enterprise customers through outbound calls, email, and social outreach; build relationships with director- and executive-level decision-makers; qualify opportunities; and generate pipeline in partnership with Account Executives. The role requires understanding Coveo’s AI-powered solutions, tailoring messaging to customer challenges, conducting discovery calls, and managing high-volume prospecting activity, including approximately 75 calls daily.

Lead enterprise-scale implementations of Coveo's AI-powered platform: define scope, manage stakeholders, create detailed plans, track budgets/timelines, mitigate risks, and partner with architects and developers to translate business needs into delivery.
