Lead technical onboarding of customers onto the DigitalGenius platform: build automation flows, fine-tune AI behavior, integrate via APIs/webhooks, run trainings, troubleshoot issues, and manage projects to ensure timely implementations.

Lead and build DG's product marketing function: own positioning, narrative, launches, customer research, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. Partner with CEO, CTO, and Product to translate customer insights into roadmap and go-to-market decisions. Run structured discovery, own launch playbooks, enable sales with battlecards and assets, and iterate quickly in a high-growth AI B2B SaaS environment.
