Support the Head of Client Delivery Transformation to scope and drive transformation programmes: map current processes, evaluate technology, gather cross-functional requirements, plan deployments, and redesign payment and reconciliation journeys to reduce manual work and enable automation.

Lead and grow engineering teams to design, build, and operate scalable AWS-based systems. Define cloud architecture and technical strategy, improve CI/CD and DevOps practices, oversee project delivery, optimize AWS infrastructure for performance and cost, implement monitoring and disaster recovery, and collaborate with product and executive leadership to align engineering priorities with business goals.

Work with the Product Owner and engineering to gather requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery of customer-facing e-commerce features. Analyze and document business processes, validate deliverables in sprint demos, facilitate team decision-making, share best practices, and optimize team workflows to continuously improve outcomes.

Develop, debug, and maintain Python 3 code for serverless AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, SAM). Build HTTP APIs and event-driven systems, work with relational databases, use CI/CD, Git/GitHub, Jira/Confluence, and apply TDD/BDD while collaborating with remote teams across time zones.
