Manage customer data migrations and onboarding from initial handoff through completion. Responsibilities include mapping, analyzing, transforming, and importing complex datasets; coordinating with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders; maintaining accurate records; resolving issues; and improving the onboarding experience. The role requires extensive Excel and database work, customer communication, project coordination, and management of multiple migrations simultaneously.

Provides first-line customer support for Alt Legal and WebTMS through email, live chat, and phone. Resolves issues, trains customers, conducts data audits and imports in Google Sheets, supports key accounts, maintains CRM records, escalates product issues, develops training materials, presents webinars, and advocates for customer needs. The role also assists with team onboarding and training while supporting customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and account health.
