Sell Validity’s SaaS and AI-powered email platform to mid-market and enterprise accounts across EMEA. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, uncovering customer needs, managing sales pipelines, achieving quotas, forecasting opportunities in Salesforce, and building relationships with senior executives. The role requires complex B2B sales experience, strong executive presence, and proficiency with sales technologies. It is a hybrid, office-based position in London and is not eligible for remote work or relocation.

Manage and grow mid-market and enterprise SaaS accounts through strategic retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue expansion. Build trusted client relationships, develop account plans, understand customer objectives and competitive landscapes, create demand, and lead end-to-end sales processes using MEDDPICC. Collaborate with sales, product, technology, and executive teams while delivering value-based messaging and achieving retention and growth targets.
