Implement and configure Zip integrations for enterprise customers across ERP, procurement, ticketing, CLM, and TPRM systems. Design integration architectures, validate API requirements, configure solutions using iPaaS tools, test and troubleshoot integrations, document technical solutions, provide project estimates and status updates, and transfer knowledge to customers. Designs and standardizes SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba integration templates for scalable enterprise implementations. Manage daily London office operations, including supplies, deliveries, room bookings, facilities requests, vendors, building management, events, food programs, visitor access, and hospitality. This fully onsite contract role supports a clean, organized, welcoming workplace and collaborates with Workplace, People Operations, and other internal teams to improve processes and employee experience.

Own marketing-sourced leads from digital campaigns, events, webinars, and content syndication. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution demonstrations, objection handling, custom demo development, RFx and security questionnaire responses, POC scoping, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with sales and post-sales teams. The role also gathers customer feedback, supports product evolution, and helps build the regional pre-sales organization while engaging enterprise and German-speaking DACH customers.
