Responsibilities include producing retail collateral, plate translations, lightbox artwork, and print materials; maintaining asset libraries; ensuring brand guideline compliance; proofreading translations; coordinating approvals with global teams; and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Leads European product marketing strategy across Colour, Complexion, Skincare, and Fragrance. Translates global brand strategy into regional category priorities, portfolio plans, innovation and promotional priorities, pricing recommendations, channel strategies, and launch plans. Provides insights on sales, market share, SKU productivity, availability, and growth opportunities.

Supports EU trade marketing strategy and execution across digital, social, CRM, retail, events, and other channels. Coordinates campaigns, launches, localized marketing plans, creative and agency relationships, brand assets, budgets, and customer-specific initiatives. Monitors campaign KPIs, conducts post-campaign evaluations, tracks competitors and market trends, and provides insights to optimize performance. Collaborates with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, and agencies to align brand activity with commercial priorities.

Supports trade marketing strategy and execution across EU retail and wholesale partners. Responsibilities include coordinating seasonal campaigns, promotions, point-of-sale assets, sell-in presentations, merchandising initiatives, promotional calendars, and cross-market execution. The role analyzes sell-out data, promotional ROI, distribution gains, and campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations. It also manages project timelines, approvals, budgets, and collaboration among Sales, Brand, Category, Supply Chain, agencies, and retail partners.
