Builds and manages a high-performing multinational team, drives implementation of technology-enabled credit control solutions, and partners with finance leaders, client teams, and clients on escalations and debt resolution. Improves cash collection, working capital, lock-up days, and debtor risk management through reporting, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Provide strategic legal advice to UK & Ireland businesses, lead negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, advise on regulated financial services (fund administration, AIFM, depositary, fiduciary, outsourcing), support transactions, restructurings, governance, regulatory engagements, disputes, and develop legal team capabilities and contracting best practices.
