Align onboarding to GTM functions, manage logistics, track KPIs (time to first deal, certification, participation, attrition), coach frontline managers, and scale programs using LMS, content, and data insights across regions.

Lead global account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and enablement, define ABM tech stack and processes, partner with marketing ops and sales, drive account selection and insights, measure and report program ROI, run enablement and community of practice, and introduce AI-driven automation to optimize personalized outbound campaigns across 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many tiers.
