Serve as the primary technical advisor for partner ecosystem across EMEA, delivering partner enablement, presales support, solution validation, technical onboarding, demos, and relationship management to drive partner-sourced revenue and ensure partner solutions follow Algolia best practices.

Own and grow a portfolio of existing B2B SaaS customers by driving renewals, retention, upsells, and cross-sells. Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, lead pricing and commercial discussions, develop account plans, monitor customer health, manage forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams. The role focuses on consultative account management for Algolia’s search and discovery platform across Dutch, Nordic, and broader commercial markets.

Develop and execute Algolia’s DACH partner strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Manage consulting, systems integration, technology, and cloud partner relationships; recruit and enable new partners; shape AI and agentic solutions; coordinate co-selling, co-marketing, deal registration, and account mapping; and drive pipeline, revenue, and customer wins. The role requires strong technical fluency, German and English fluency, Salesforce experience, strategic relationship management, and cross-functional leadership.

As a Commercial Account Executive at Algolia, you'll manage a sales pipeline, foster customer relationships, drive leads to close won, and collaborate with various teams. You will also handle upsells, generate new projects, and forecast sales accurately.

Drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound prospecting and timely follow-up of inbound leads. Research accounts, build personalized multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, and coordinate with Account Executives and marketing to convert opportunities. Use sales and intent data, maintain Salesforce records, support events and campaigns, and contribute to team enablement and best practices.

Lead technical pre-sales for Algolia by partnering with Sales to demo the product, run POCs, build prototypes/integrations using Algolia APIs, qualify customer goals, respond to RFPs, and transition accounts to post-sales. Advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering, produce technical content, and enable internal teams while supporting customer adoption and success.

Design, automate, and maintain security controls, detection, and remediation systems; evaluate security technologies; perform risk assessments and threat models; partner with engineering for secure development; lead incident response and support compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001); manage bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure programs.
