Champion users through research, insights, usability studies, analytics, and market analysis while partnering with firmware, connectivity, mobile, cloud, and experience teams. Communicate product direction, prioritize outcomes, manage stakeholders, evaluate business impact, and deliver engaging consumer products using agile and lean principles.

Lead the connected-product mobile app roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration. Champion users by translating research and analytics into product opportunities, run A/B tests, define success metrics/OKRs, write user stories, partner with design/engineering/TPM, manage stakeholders, triage bugs/technical debt, and ensure high-quality firmware-updating app experiences that drive retention and engagement.

Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive and communicate commercial strategy, prepare ELT/Board materials, track strategic initiatives, run leadership meeting processes, and lead a global team of seven strategy professionals to deliver high-impact strategic projects.
