As a Ramp Acceleration Manager, you'll lead the SDR ramp program, ensuring new hires achieve peak performance, drive performance management, foster cross-functional collaboration, provide coaching, and operationalize ramp metrics for SDRs in the EMEA region.

Manage complex customer accounts in the EMEA region, driving revenue through renewals and upsells while ensuring exceptional outcomes. Build relationships, guide customers in compliance, and mentor junior team members.

Lead a team of Account Executives to acquire new customers, develop sales strategies, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue growth.

Partner with Core AEs to accelerate and close deals for Third Party Risk Management and emerging products across EMEA. Lead discovery, deliver end-to-end product demos, drive deal strategy, provide feedback to Product and Enablement, and support specialty selling motions to scale Vanta's products.

Provide hands-on IT and AV support for Vanta's London office and EMEA, managing conference room systems, event AV, device provisioning, Google Workspace/Okta/Jamf administration, documentation, and on-call incident response to ensure reliable hybrid collaboration experiences.

Lead and scale a regional EMEA IT Operations team, hire and develop engineers, own IT delivery and escalation for the region, define processes and metrics, partner with global teams and stakeholders, and contribute to global IT initiatives to ensure secure, reliable employee technology experiences.
