Act as HR Business Partner to improve business-unit effectiveness via org design, team structure, processes and culture. Advise leadership on HR policy, analyze people data and present insights, administer performance and rewards programs, run engagement initiatives, manage HR operations (MIS, reports, payroll inputs), and execute the HR strategic plan.

Partner with operations to lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, variance analysis, risk controls, and decision-support. Build data models and BI automation tools, drive cost-efficiency, manage cash flow risks, and lead special projects and capability-building to integrate finance with business operations.

Plan and execute annual and seasonal marketing campaigns: create campaign blueprints, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance and optimize metrics, integrate brand and media partners, and run user acquisition and offline community initiatives to drive growth and conversions.
