Lead on-site pre-production and delivery for live events at Tobacco Dock. Interface with clients to generate accurate quotations, manage budgets, resources, contractors, Health & Safety documentation, CAD/schematics and CRM records. Oversee day-to-day project operations, risk assessments, invoicing, profitability monitoring, and support ISO and internal processes to ensure safe, timely, and profitable event delivery.

The Lead Engineer will manage an engineering team, oversee technical maintenance, coordinate engineering projects, and maintain client relationships in a broadcast environment.
