The Regional Sales Director will lead a team to drive growth in corporate lending, develop client relationships, and oversee sales strategies across Europe.

Lead customer readiness and change activities for a lending modernisation program. Coordinate cross-functional teams (COO, Product, Sales, Technology), build playbooks, documentation strategy, governance, KPIs and dashboards, and drive execution to ensure smooth customer migrations and improved onboarding experiences.

Lead customer success for a portfolio of corporate lending customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and value realization. Develop success plans, monitor customer health, manage escalations, support cloud/SaaS migrations, run executive reviews, partner with Sales/Product/Services, and provide customer insights to influence product strategy and growth.
