Manage client portfolio relationships for systematic investment strategies, representing investment offerings to investors and explaining complex quantitative concepts. Responsibilities include quantitative and qualitative analysis, responding to technical client questions, collaborating with research, sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and middle-office teams, and leading innovative projects from planning through delivery. The role also supports proposals by analyzing client objectives and requirements.

Lead the creation of Market Data Operations, manage Bloomberg and LSEG entitlements, maintain security master and identifier mappings, track enterprise data usage and costs, support exchange declarations/audits, resolve data quality issues, automate workflows, and provide stakeholder support for portfolio managers, traders, researchers and data teams.

Prepare and edit high-quality marketing collateral, bespoke RFPs/DDQs and investor communications for the Solutions team. Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Management and stakeholders to translate complex investment ideas into clear, compelling materials, and identify value-add initiatives for the business.

Support fixed income credit fund operations by validating pricing and P&L, calculating NAVs, reconciling with administrators, managing fund lifecycle events, delivering MI to asset managers, and driving process improvements and automation across middle office functions.

Produce monthly and weekly performance and risk reports for a range of funds, explain market effects on performance, publish newsletters, manage reporting processes, extract/validate data, and collaborate with investment, compliance, sales, and product teams.

Provide company secretarial and administrative support for UK and overseas entities: prepare Annual Report and AGM materials, manage regulatory filings and RNS announcements, maintain statutory records and corporate structure, support board and shareholder meetings, assist with share processes and corporate transactions, handle company secretarial queries and filing systems, and contribute to team projects including AI enhancement and budget monitoring.

Act as a Finance Business Partner for assigned business units, delivering management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, month‑end and year‑end support, leading stakeholder meetings, driving reporting automation (including Power BI/AI), and managing/directing junior staff.
