Lead development and delivery of Airwallex's growth strategy in Singapore. Own growth dashboards and business reviews, map self-serve and product adoption journeys, define ICP and value propositions, run customer segmentation and competitor tracking, and partner with commercial, marketing, and regional strategy teams to drive measurable growth initiatives.

Own the full sales cycle for SME customers: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close and onboard. Drive new client acquisition and revenue, maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts, represent Airwallex at client meetings/events, and craft multi-product billing solutions for stakeholders.
