Responsible for reconciliation, analysis, and invoicing of accounts related to insurance. Manage sales ledger accounts, investigate and resolve invoice queries, reconcile the Sales Ledger, and demonstrate strict adherence to debt recovery processes. Communicate effectively with departments, support ad hoc projects, and uphold company policies and procedures.
