Lead business and product discussions, develop complex payment solutions, advance strategic deals, collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams, and contribute to go-to-market strategy. The role requires consultative selling, technical curiosity, complex negotiation, stakeholder management, and expertise in payments or platform-based commerce.

Manage enterprise customer relationships throughout the post-sale lifecycle, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction. Deliver workshops, business reviews, payment insights, and product guidance while advising customers on optimizing Stripe. Partner with account executives, technical account managers, and internal teams to resolve issues, surface growth opportunities, advocate for customer needs, and communicate feedback to product and engineering stakeholders.

Leads Stripe’s partner development and joint go-to-market efforts with Accenture and other global systems integrators across EMEA. Builds partner strategies, joint solutions, enablement programs, sales pipelines, and co-sell motions. Coordinates cross-functional teams, supports deal execution, conducts account mapping and partner workshops, reviews pipeline accuracy, and brokers internal resources to achieve quarterly revenue goals. Maintains strong relationships with partners and represents their interests within Stripe.

Drive revenue growth through a portfolio of SaaS platform partners. Lead joint go-to-market and co-selling initiatives, create partner demand, enable sales teams, conduct account mapping, develop expansion strategies, support the full deal cycle, and advocate for partners internally. Maintain sales and partner activity records in Salesforce while collaborating with Partner Development Managers, Stripe Account Executives, and cross-functional teams.

Lead complex customer implementations of Metronome’s usage-based billing platform, including discovery, requirements gathering, technical and integration design, configuration, testing, data migration, launch, and handoff. Advise clients on usage-based pricing, quote-to-cash, and pricing strategy. Design integrations with CRM, CPQ, payment, tax, ERP, billing, and analytics systems.
