Build account plans, run QBRs, identify renewal risks, support technical hiring workflows, and engage Talent and Engineering stakeholders. Translate product usage into recommendations, handle routine technical conversations, partner with Account Management and Solutions Engineering, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Help customers adapt to AI-assisted software development and technical hiring.
