Codility helps organisations assess and hire technical talent with confidence. Our platform gives engineering teams real signal on coding ability, problem-solving and technical judgement at scale.
As AI changes how software is written, reviewed and evaluated, our customers need more than a traditional Customer Success relationship. They need someone who can understand what engineering teams are trying to achieve, engage credibly with technical stakeholders, and help them get measurable value from Codility.
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to own relationships with strategic enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with Talent leaders, Engineering Managers, Directors. VPs of Engineering, and CTOs, helping customers improve adoption, strengthen their technical hiring processes and get more value from the platform over time.
You do not need to be a software engineer, and you won’t be expected to solve bugs or replace Solutions Engineering. But you should be comfortable enough with technical products and engineering teams to own the relationship without pulling an SE into every conversation.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering or a similar post-sales role within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with developer tools, engineering software, cloud/data/security platforms, APIs or another highly technical product used by engineering teams.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise / strategic accounts, ideally with complex stakeholder groups and meaningful ARR.
  • Comfortable building relationships with Engineering Managers, Directors / VPs of Engineering and CTO-level stakeholders, as well as Talent teams.
  • Strong understanding of the core CS motions: adoption, account planning, customer health, QBRs, renewal risk and expansion.
  • Technically curious and comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, developer workflows, technical hiring and how AI is changing software engineering.
  • Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and simplify complex topics.
  • Proactive, commercially aware and comfortable working independently in a lean environment.
  • AI-native in how you work, using tools such as LLMs and copilots to analyse information, automate routine work and improve customer outcomes.

What the Job Involves
  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and be accountable for their long-term success, adoption and retention.
  • Understand why each customer bought Codility, what outcomes they need, and build clear account plans around those goals.
  • Develop strong relationships across both Talent and Engineering, ensuring Codility delivers value to the people actually using and influencing the platform.
  • Run QBRs / executive reviews and translate product usage and customer data into clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Proactively identify adoption gaps, renewal risks and expansion opportunities.
  • Help engineering teams understand best practices around technical assessment, interview workflows and AI-assisted development.
  • Handle routine technical/product conversations independently, bringing in Solutions Engineering, Product or Support when deeper expertise is genuinely required.
  • Partner closely with Account Management and Solutions Engineering on renewals, expansion and complex customer needs.
  • Bring customer feedback back into Product and Engineering and help shape how Codility serves technical customers.
  • Stay close to how AI is changing software development and technical hiring, and help customers navigate those changes confidently.
