Build business cases, navigate technical and commercial stakeholders, manage pilots, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC or SPICED, maintain Salesforce data, forecast accurately, and collaborate with marketing, product, leadership, and sales development to win new business.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships for Codility, driving platform adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes. Build account plans, run QBRs, identify renewal risks, support technical hiring workflows, and engage Talent and Engineering stakeholders. Translate product usage into recommendations, handle routine technical conversations, partner with Account Management and Solutions Engineering, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Help customers adapt to AI-assisted software development and technical hiring.
