The Product Support Specialist promotes Stryker's Hip and Knee products, providing clinical support during surgeries and ensuring customer satisfaction while helping to achieve sales goals.

Supports regional sales growth and commercial execution for Stryker’s UK Joint Replacement division across Greater London. Responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline and opportunity management, strategic account planning, customer relationship development, complex medical device sales, coaching colleagues, and leadership through influence. The role supports Mako growth priorities, team performance, customer service, and continuity during the Senior Regional Sales Manager’s absence. It is a 12-month fixed-term, field-based position requiring approximately 90% travel.

Responsible for driving sales of high-value capital equipment, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading complex sales cycles.
