Leads community affairs strategy for Microsoft’s EMEA datacenter supplier ecosystem. Builds relationships with infrastructure partners, advises on stakeholder and community engagement, mitigates social, reputational, permitting, and operational risks, and develops regional engagement frameworks, standards, training, and best practices. The role also monitors stakeholder sentiment and external trends while supporting community value and Microsoft’s social license to operate.

Leads community communications across EMEA for Microsoft datacenter development and operations. Develops local narratives, impact stories, stakeholder briefings, blogs, event materials, and internal communications. Partners with Community Affairs, Public Affairs, Communications, policy, and operational teams to manage reputational risks, engage communities, track media and social topics, measure communications performance, and scale effective approaches across markets.

Supports Customer Success Account Managers by building customer and stakeholder relationships, contributing to account and success planning, coordinating Microsoft and partner resources, identifying customer blockers, and developing programs of work that connect Microsoft technology investments to customer business outcomes.
