Hands-on senior cloud infrastructure engineer to design, build, and run a multi-tenant AWS SaaS hosting platform. Responsibilities include Terraform and Puppet infrastructure, Python automation, etcd-based service discovery, multi-tier caching, observability (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki), incident response, and platform reliability improvements.

Deliver technical implementations of the Watershed platform: build integrations and data pipelines, perform analysis and reporting, consult on best practices, provide client-facing technical support and training, automate deployments with CI/CD, and occasionally contribute to core product updates.
