Marketing Operations Specialist (LTG) UK, Remote

Learning Technologies Group (LTG) is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our internal marketing agency. Our new teammate will support the management of campaigns in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE formerly known as Pardot) for multiple global tech brands.

What you’d be doing: 

In short, you’d be ensuring that the right messages land with the right people across our MCAE activity. This includes working across a range of automation items such as lists, forms, automated workflows, HTML email and drip programs. You won't be thrown in expecting to hit the ground running on day one. Early on, you'll focus on understanding each brand's business and go-to-market strategy, alongside getting familiar with our technologies and processes. From there, your workload will ramp up gradually as you build experience and confidence, and you'll have direct support throughout.

Role responsibilities (not limited to):

• Work within the Marketing Operations team to manage the backend creation of marketing automation including lists, forms, automated workflows, HTML email and drip programs using MCAE. Alongside MCAE and Salesforce, you'll work with tools like Zapier, Google Tag Manager and Stripo, plus AI platforms including Claude, Gemini and Lovable
• Provide frequent, accurate updates to the database in order to maintain data hygiene
• Create marketing reports and dashboards to illustrate impact on demand generation campaigns
• Support in demand generation activities, such as the upload of third party lists
• Provide guidance on how to maximise MarTech tools available to brand teams
• Monitor for issues and populate missing information within the database
• Connect systems using integration/middleware tools 
• Help to investigate the adoption of new MarTech platforms

To be a great fit for the role, you must have:

• At least 2 years' previous experience in a marketing operations role
• Experience in B2B marketing automation
• Previous experience using automation tools such as MCAE (Pardot), HubSpot or Marketo — MCAE experience is a bonus
• A basic understanding of HTML and email templates
• Previous experience using a CRM such as Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Previous experience working in a busy marketing team
• A strong desire to learn and ability to adapt in an agile environment

Desirable skills:

• MCAE/Marketo/Hubspot certified
• Experience working in SaaS or EdTech
• Experience of ABM strategies

We work across all of LTG’s businesses, supporting at each stage of the buyer journey and beyond. It is our job to partner with a range of marketers and salespeople across the group, adding expertise to bring commercial strategies to life.
